These are the Non-Member items you can always get on Club Penguin.

 

New Player Red Baseball Hat & New Player Background

RARITY: Common

 

All players receive these two items when they join Club Penguin on June 27, 2011 or later. However, if you joined before that date, both will be automatically added to your Inventory.

 

Friendship Bracelet

RARITY: Uncommon, because not many penguins are seen wearing this

Obtainable by going to the Library (found in the Book Room above the Coffee Shop), reading ‘Rockhopper and the Stowaway’ and flipping to the back of the book. There you will find this bracelet. Click on it and press ‘Yes’ to get it!

 

Rockhopper’s Key Pin

RARITY: Uncommon, not seen on many Player Cards (yes, this is a Pin)

So ye want in my Quarters? Well I’ve hidden the key! It’s found in an item that’s personal to me. Now don’t despair, the riddle’s easier than it looks. Just go to a room that’s abound with books! < This is the riddle shown when you try to find the key. Find it!

 

Ninja Belts

RARITY: Common, usually seen on Non-Member penguins

You get a Ninja Belt when you complete a few rounds of Card-Jitsu.
